For the IIS Feature Requirement you need to go to your Programs and Features and install them. Here is a screenshot

You need to install the necessary components by ticking the checkboxes, this can be found on the requirements document of SQL Installation or have a look here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/920201

Once IIS is installed you can resolve your second issue by going to Start -> Run and then type inetmgr.exe

In there enable the 32 bit applications by setting Application Pool Defaults. Screen shot below

หาก หา inetmgr.exe ไม่เจอทำตามนี้

At first check IIS is installed or not.

For XP

• Open Control Panel
• Add-Remove Windows Components.
  

For Windows 7 / Windows Server 2012

• Open Control Panel
• Programs and Features
• Turn Windows features on or off.
  

Go into Control Panel -> Programs-> Turn Windows features on or off.

Click on features for Internet Information Services. Specifically, Web Management Tools and Wold Wide Web Services.

For Web Management Tools ->IIS 6 Management Compatibility ->IIS Metabase and IIS 6 configuration compatibility. (or any other features you think you may need)
