Hello developers!
I'm having problems with skill 117 Shaman Ruse.
It can only be used by people in the same group.
I want it to be usable for other academies as well as other criminal groups.
Where should I fix it?
Please give me a suggestion.
I am using EP 9 BUBU update source.
